A 2023 CALENDAR / ARTBOOK
As the people who celebrate Chinese New Year, we are kind of fed up with Chinese calendars depicting each year’s designated zodiac animals. It was our inspiration into designing and eventually making this calendar / artbook. How is this an artbook, and why are Chinese calendars an inspiration, you might ask? Well, when designing this particular object, we thought it would be a cathartic experience to go against the basic principles of a calendar. (an excessively antagonistic perspective on our part) What turned up after that is this calendar / artbook that is also a collection rabbits, bunnies, and/or hares known universally.
